This is a basic pic of my old hen house. I am ripping off the roof and installing clear roofing. It's 8 foot by 6 foot. Sorry about the clutter, spring cleaning.

Thanks for sharing the picture. With some modifications, that looks like it would be a good coop for your flock. Use hardware cloth to cover every little opening, make sure your door has a handle that raccoons can't turn and open and maybe consider some hot wire too.

I am so sorry about your previous flock. Chickens are easily preyed upon. You will need a sturdy coop, sheds make wonderful coops with little updating needed. A secure run with treated buried lumber or railroad ties. 1/2 inch hardware cloth and a covered roof will keep them safe. Best wishes!
