Raising Wild turkeys from Hatchery

its also not illegal in all states to release wild turkeys, in kansas once released however they are the states property!

I will have to hope that the fox and raccoon doesnt get them. For the ones that arent killed, I hope they learn quickly. The area I live in is mostly horse farms and a few houses with large lawns. A lot of grass and oak trees. There are not really any big woods around here, moslty small creek bottoms and a few hedgerows. I think they would survive fine free ranging around the horse farms and lawns. What do you guys think??
