Random Blindness

Another thought...if you can't get the flock the proper diet via poultry feed, you could try buying some vit b complex, vit a and some vit e in tablet form and crushing them up and adding that to the food they do get. Vitamins are fairly cheap and could help the flock a long way. You could mix it into the table scraps they do get.
I don't have money...

Then you'll have to do some homework. Vit A is found in bright orange, yellow and green vegetables like carrots, spinach, yellow squash, butternut squash, cooked is best. Google "what foods are high in vitamin B" and "what foods are high in Vitamin E?" And be sure your parents cook those foods for you. You need them, too! Eat them. And share some with your chicken.

If you don't have money, do you have access to mouse/rat traps or a pellet gun? If you can catch and kill some rodents, rabbits, and other pest animals around the property and give the carcasses to the chickens to eat, it would really help to offset the poor diet they're getting. You could also put out some of the meat to attract flies and offer the maggots to the chickens. Catch moths and grasshoppers, try your hand at raising crickets or roaches. Anything you can do to get animal proteins into their diet will help a ton.
