How old is the brood?

That looks like canker/sinus canker to me. There are lesions inside the beak and one looks to be forming on the tongue.
The treatment is metronidazole but it is not intended for birds raised for consumption.

I would cull this bird and immediately sanitize the broods waterer then treat the remainder of the brood with acidified copper sulfate (ACS) in the water for 3 days. You would add 1/4 tsp of ACS to one gallon of water and have that as the only drinking water source for 3 days. Then go back to fresh water.

Make sure no wild birds have access to the flock as they can be carriers of canker.

Thanks for the reply but i believe it is fowl pox . We are not yet sure if it is dry or wet yet but I have seperated the invected birds and I am sterilising the coop

How old is she? The scab on her beak looks like fowl pox on a young bird. They can almost block the nostrils. I also think it may be fowl pox. If you are seeing yellow material inside her beak, that would indicate wet fowl pox. Wet pox is much more deadly so make sure that she is eating. There is no treatment, but make sure that she is eating and drinking. The pox virus lasts about 3 weeks. Are you seeing others with fowl pox scabs? Here is some info and pictures:
