Kinda of random, but my Australorps don't sound like any of my other chickens. The tone of their clucks and sounds is easier on the ears

Thats good....but yikes! Leaving for work that early...

Normally do all the chores. feed water when I get home, about 3PM, by then they are good and ready to get out...

Back when I had two Leghorn roosters, they would crow when I left the house at 3am!
