Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
I recieved some eggs from a friend here where i live. She had Silkies and a bunch of other yard birds. They all got mixed together so she could not use the eggs fro hatching. I placed them in my incubator and ended up with 20 chicks.... including this little fella. Im pretty sure it is part silkie, but it also has markings like a barred rock in its feathers. Also its feathers seem to be frizzing out everywhere. Any ideas?
