So I went out to let the birds out, once they were all out our rooster saw something.
Looked in the woods and there was just a young guinea hen.
We don't want them, so I cought it and put it in a cage, me and my mom think we know were it came from, maybe two neighbors down.
If it's not theirs then what should we do with it? Also it went in our Chickens coop and was in their area, should we worry about it carrying things that might harm our other birds?
Pictures of it.

Anytime you bring in new poultry or new poultry comes in on its own your current flock is at risk because you don't what possible disease or pest the newcomers may be bringing with them.

I recommend giving it to the neighbor that has guineas even if that isn't where it originally came from.

I am curious as to why you think it is a hen?

I know about the diseases and such yes but I don't think any of them actually interacted with it as they were more scared of it, I just am worried and wonder what we should do or look out for if they start acting strange.
We don't know if the neighbor has them, we just know that they have had poultry so thats our best guess so far.
And I don't know if it is a hen, that's just what I've heard they're called, do you know if it is a hen or not? I can get better pictures if needed.

They are technically guinea fowl. You can't sex them from pictures. You can sex hens from their 2 syllable "buckwheat" call that males don't do. The hens however can make all the sounds that males can.

The most likely thing to watch out for is mites.

You can put an ad on your local Craigslist or Facebook asking if anyone has lost a guinea.

At this time of year it is not uncommon to have a male guinea show up after its mate has been taken from her hidden nest.

Alright thanks! I'll probably go use DE dust stuff, and dust around were it was up in the woods just to be sure, if the people we want to check don't have Guineas then we may go to Facebook, thank you for correcting me on what they are called!
The little thing has just made chirping sounds and a deep exhale like sound almost like a hiss but not, definitely a hostile sound though.

I would not use DE for anything, especially not as a dust since it is hazardous to breathe. For mites, lice and such, use permethrin.

DE may not be the name of what we use, as we have a different kind of dust but we used to use DE so that's what I'm calling it, but we have used DE since we've had our birds (14+ years) unless my parents are calling it the wrong name, but thank you!
