He is most likely an escaped gamefowl stag. Jungle fowl are far more rare then games. And OEGs are even rarer.

All five of our original game hens (given to us after the owner's dog slaughtered our flock) are still with us 5 years later. We refer to them as the Wildlings. Expert free rangers. Almost impossible to catch. Master nest hiders. Roost 10-20 feet up a pine tree. Have survived every predator attack without injury.
