Random sneeze

I have a rooster that had a snotty nose for a couple of days. I put him in chicken hospital and gave him Vet RX, oregano, apple cider vinegar in his water, and cleaned his nose out every day and night. Just before he got the snotty nose he got into a fight with another rooster- that one is gone, and stayed in the coop for 24+ hours. Fast forward- he seemed real well and now he is randomly sneezing. He has no drainage. He seems happy and healthy other than that.

If it's getting better I'd keep an eye on him. Good luck, I hope he gets better.
