Silver or splash in the US is referring to the duckling getting two blue alleles (blue only have one). They look really light gray like the picture shown or the females can be so light they look white with a dark bill. Since both parents were blue their would be a 25% chance of a silver duckling. This is my female crested silver Swedish who looks white:

Since your duckling has a light bill (at least right now), it could also be white. White is a recessive trait so it can hide and you don’t know the parent’s have it. I just hatched six Dutch Hookbill’s and was shocked to get two white ducklings since I don’t own any white ducks. They are the two all yellow ones. The other yellow one is a snowy or harlequin. If your little yellow one’s down looks like it has darker frosting on the tips of each hair, it could also be snowy or harlequin as it is a recessive trait too. 🤷🏼‍♀️

So, three possibilities.
