My poor duck has crusty skin like cradle cap under her wings and bald neck from my drake having his ducky way with her all the time. Is this normal?

It's normal in the sense that a drake will absolutely overmate a female if he doesn't have enough mates, but good animal husbandry practices need to be taken to avoid this. If you only have the one female it sounds like she's not enough for your male and you need to get more females ASAP, preferably enough so that you have three to four females for your one male.

In the meantime, you need to separate your female and male so she can heal and recover from her wounds.
