Ranks on BYC?????

I just realized that there are actually ranks kind of for members like I'm "just hatched" & some are things like "flock master" or BYC addict". But what i want to know is how you get these names? Do you earn them by stuff you do, and if so what must you do in order to get them? I know that you have to pay to be a golden feather member but I don't care about that. So how does this work?
