First we already have 9 cats, 1 is pregnant (yes we are working on getting everyone spayed and neutered) and on Wednesday when I was walking back from locking up the chickens I heard so noise and shine my flashlight up where it was come from it turned out it was a orange and white kitten and there was another one with less white up under are little house (old falling apart house on are property) both are skinny and after petting the one they both followed me back to the house they are living on are deck in a box, both are male. And yesterday my sister saw a white cat up by are cars this morning it was in the box with the other two, it looks like it's their litter mate same pink nose almost the same color eyes and the act like they know each other. Now how would dump 3 poor, skinny, kittens whose eyes just changed from blue!

Both of our cats were kittens dumped at our door. We got them fixed and found their siblings new homes. For awhile back when we lived in the city we always had cats dumped at the door. The shelter got mad at us and stopped taking them from us even though we told them they were not ours and we did not breed them

I simply cannot count the number of pregnant strays, baby strays, elderly and crippled strays......I have taken in over the years. Seems the worthless can sniff out an animal lover a mile away and know just where to dump them. *sigh*

I get these too, and more. My neighbor's cats like me better. Right now one of the neighbor's cats is on my lap, sinking her claws into my thigh. and another is at the back door trying to get in. The lap cats owner brought me her vet records. lol I have enough of my own. Oh well, can't have too many cats, just too much cat hair.

Imp- leg is now bleeding

Someone dropped and older lab dog last week here- The poor thing was beyond stared and had a hurt foot. He was scared of everything and scared up from fighting. Poor thing someone loved him at sometime because he was gentle and knew how to sit as soon as you said it. I took him to the vet to try and patch him up but he was to far gone- had bad infections and heartworms. Its a shame he would have been a good dog.

I had a neighbor, many years ago, that would load up on dogs, keep them for about a year, and then her boyfriend would take them for a ride in the country and dump them. 3 months later they were collecting more puppies and dogs. I would get so frustrated with her...she really seemed to think that anyone with a barn needed dogs.
