What is your goal for the birds you hatch? Are you looking to hatch to sell, hatch to keep, or? Are you looking for egg production or other characteristics in these birds? Knowing what you're goals are will help to offer breed suggestions.

. My goals would be to keep and possibly sell 1 or 2 at some point.
