rare chick

I have two rare free chicks from mm.One I am pretty sure is a buff cochin pullet.They both are 5 wks old.The other one is black with feathered leg,which I think is a cockrel.She is fully feathered ,his has a black feater here and there.and is not as big.I notice one feather on his foot has a white spot on the end.Do bantams feathers take longer?
I also have 7 black star.2 of them look totally different they are bigger stand more up right and have have the feathers then the others.Ant idea?
