I'll take the delewares and offer 3 butterscoth booted bantam eggs. You wanted rare, ok. It does not get more rare than this. I have the only 2 breeding trios of these that do not have spangling on their feathers. There are only around 30 birds considered this color in existance in the USA but the others 24 or so ar incorrect of color save two hens I am aware of that came from my birds. Now, if you wanted rare, you got it!
Edited to change my offer as someone mentioned that there needed to be more rare birds and less fancies offered here.
Booted Bantams are rare in of themselves but this variety is almost non-existant! Obviously there is no standard for these yet to be exhibited but I have been getting serious attention at shows with these birds and am currently working with two other BYC members ,whom I hand picked, to help breed and bring up the numbers of these beautiful birds enough for us to petition for a standard and get them recognized.
I have hatched 6 babies thus far and have sent these two co-breeders each eggs to hatch and establish flocks of their own. Once we have enough numbers of correct birds we can take the next step towards recognition.
Congrats in advance to whomever gets these!
