If ya got a tight budget you could spray paint it. Oh, new colors aren't created by a person inbreeding quail in their backyard. Most were created in labs using AI and who knows what else which the amatuer should NOT do. You can't create the tuxedo bob because you ould get a hybrid (Mutt). Like a coturnix tuxedo you will never get all tuxedoes in your hatch, you will get browns and whites too because they carry those genes. If you tried to sell pure tuxedoe bobwhite eggs you could be arrested for false advertizing. Plus it would take a while to produce a decently colored bird.
