Not just the pink bill but the lack of color in the eyes (hers are blue) and white feathers. It can show up as just a patch of missing color.
You really can't tell from the picture but Blondie was pure white. Probably what people call light splashes are leucistic instead! We had seen some birds in the wild that were light but never knew what it was called. It's basically a dilution gene gone wild
