Rat droppings in rouge whole wheat bags

Well tonight i noticed rat droppings in the wheat i give my chickens and now i dont know what to do, 3 of my girls appear sick/not feeling so well also, i feed mostly whole grain trying to get away from soy, is there anything else i could use as the base in thier feed brsides wheat? should i stop feeding all rouge feed? whats a good grain mill in northern CA/southern oregon?

I feed mine rough rice ( rice with the chaff still on) I sometimes mix it with laying pellets. yea mice carry deseases would feed them if it had turds in it.
