Rat Proof Feeder

Im sure ive seen somewhere a topic aout how to make your own "pedal fedder" where the birds stand on a pedal to open the lid to feed then steps off to close it.
If anyone know hows to make one, can point me in the right dorection or know anyone who can seel one in the UK please let me know.
