Not everyone had avagadroes (sp) number memorized. If you break out in chemical math, I'm leaving. (LOL) It would be fun if we could type the little power numbers, huh?

10 Most certainly! I wouldn't have to type "squared" every time I wanted to talk about area. Chemistry has been quite fun recently. Isomers of hydrocarbons, all we do is play with little plastic atoms.

Wow, I didn't expect many scientists here, although I don't know why not! I studied pre-med (via biology), but as you might now, there is no escapting chem 1 and 2 and organic 1 and 2. Not a mega fan, but I studied hard and can have a conversation about it. LOL

Great job! I have somewhat lost my zest for learning after starting the IB. Perhaps this holiday will do me well. Organic chemistry has been a good relaxing time... naming little line-diagrams is so much less taxing than talking about periodicity of the halogens and alkali metals.
