Raven stealing eggs

Has anyone had experience getting rid of a raven? A huge one has been terrorizing my hens, and this morning somehow stole 8 eggs from a broody nest.

I had a crow snatch some chicks a few years ago. It returned yearly to look for more. You need to make it so birds can't get into your run. Ravens and crows are smart birds.

Thank you. My hens free range so they need to get back into the pen to lay. I kept them closed in longer this morning and now have my alpacas "guarding". We'll see what happens.
