Raw spots on hen’s back

I have 21 Brahma chickens. 18 hens, three roosters. I have 3 hens with raw spots on their backs and it looks like the other chickens are picking at them. What do I do? I don’t want my bandaids to be hurt!
 
You could spray on some Blu Kote. I'd bet that those hens are the roosters' favorites and they are getting over bred. You could also get them a chicken saddle. A chicken saddle is a cloth thing worn on a hen's back that keeps the roosters from tearing feathers out of the hens when they breed.

Oh, my gosh, I never thought about roosters over breeding! Thank you!
 
Duct tape is the cheapest and most effective way to go. Apply several strips slightly over lapping and going from under wing to under wing.
