raw unfiltered vinegar??

All they had at the store was "regular" ACV. Does it have to be the raw unfiltered with the mother? Will the regular hurt them or be any benefit? Thanks!

regular is fine, but the raw with the mother is just better for the good bacteria.

I won't hurt them but it doesn't do much good either.

Ok, thanks....I just finished the second treatment of CoRid as I lost 3 to Cocci that some man sold me. Just trying to figure out how to get their gut back in good condition.
