I posted yesterday about my hen's painful egg passing. Nothing is hanging out of her vent, but it is pretty irritated. I have cleaned it up and am applying hemorrhoid cream and Neosporin. She is currently in our basement in a dog crate. Should I allow her to go outside (in my mobile unit) separated from the flock (to avoid more vent pecking) or keep her downstairs?? Thank you!
