Rcom Incubator Won't Turn

I have a Rcom 3 egg incubator and I don't think it's turning the eggs. I placed a test egg in and it has not been turned at all in the last 4 hours. Last year we adjusted the settings to hatch tortoise eggs, but I don't think we changed the turn function. I'm hoping somebody knows how to fix this problem. Is there a way to completely reset the incubator?

I would mark some of the eggs to make sure it's being turned, or not, and manually turn them, until you figured out what's going on with the incubator. Good luck with your hatch!

Thanks for your help, I decided to manually turn the eggs since the turning function seems to have broken.
