Ok trying to find their nesting area may prove difficult for where we live. Another question. The young ones all look female...? Im guessing they are 6-7 months old about. Just wondering if it takes a while to be able to tell or not.

Anyway, you won't find a nest now, though they might have favorite roosting spot(s). The peahen will nest wherever she feels like it next spring/summer.
Meanwhile, if you are going to give supplemental food over the winter, be sure to put it in a place safe from predators and not near a road. Put the food out early enough in the day that they can eat and get settled in their favorite trees before the nighttime predators come out in the evening. Be aware that whatever food you put out may draw all kinds of predators seeking snacks
