Craigslist has worked for me. I have actually met serveral very nice people selling extra poultry. I used to give them away, but had a scare with real weird person, so now I sell them to weed out the weirdos.

Never give them away to strangers. People will value that which they are willing to pay for. If you cannot find a buyer, it is best to eat extra males. Having known them means you will take the best care that they won't suffer.
I know it's hard, my husband kills them for me while I process. I can't actually kill them myself, I'm too soft, but once dead I can do the rest.
