re introduce

Need help with an older chicken we had a Rooster and a Hen for about a year then we had more chicks...the older chicken was fine for about 5 months and now she's outcast-ed by the younger hens. How do we re-introduce her into the fold.

Was she seperated for any length of time? If she wasn't, then just let the pecking order run itself. Just make sure that she is getting plenty of food and water, and that she isn't getting bullied too bad.
