re-red hen turning white

I keep trying to upload a picture , I hit Img then upload, i pick a picture and hit submit, it says it uploaded but no picture shows on my post ? What am I doing wrong? The chicken is about 2 yrs old. She began turning white 6 months ago at least. Now the feathers are getting "barren" and she is completely "naked" in spots.She acts healthy and lays an egg every day!

You need to copy and paste the url of the pic onto the thread.
