She has very liquid diarrhea. Still drinking. She has regained the strength to walk a little but she still falls down. Doing a bit better.

If anyone has any information, or tips to try and help her it’d be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Sorry this is happening to your chicken. A few questions to possibly help with a diagnosis/treatment:

How old is she?
Has she been able to eat and drink since you posted?
What are you feeding her?
Is her poop completely clear liquid? Posting a photo of her poop will help.
Is it hot where you are right now? Extreme heat or humidity can cause watery diarrhea.
Are there any foot/leg injuries that would cause her to walk funny or fall down?

Hi, I’d guess she’s around a year old. Give or take a few months. She’s ate little bits of bread and yogurt, and has been drinking water. Her poop was clear with some white in it, but the last time I saw her poop it looked normal. The high has been 90° F. I checked, and I saw no injuries. She feels bony, very skinny. And her feathers are plucked on her lower neck area and on her upper thigh and butt. She’s regained some strength and is able to walk a bit on her own but not for long. I’m hoping she’s regained enough strength to push through. Her breathing is steady. She was resting the last time I checked on her.

How long has she been acting like this?

How long has it been that hot?
Might give her some electrolytes,

Might she be molting?
Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

Can you post some photos of the hen and her poop?
Where are you located in the world?
What do you normally feed?
Have you added any new chickens recently?
Does she lay eggs?

If possible, cage or kennel her within the run or coop so she's near the others. Provide her with fresh water and feed. If she's being picked on (feathers plucked?) then she may be being kept from food/water as well. Just a guess.
Check that her crop is emptying overnight and look her over for lice/mites.

Hm, have you checked her for mites/lice/parasites? They are very, very small, usually around the vent area. You’ll need a good flashlight and possibly a magnifying glass.

I’ll tag a few others who might be able to help:
@Wyorp Rock
@Eggcessive
@aart
Thank you for all the support. She’s doing much better this morning, walking around and eating and drinking on her own.

Alabama. The high has been 90° F. She does lay eggs but hasn’t in a couple days. My mom had only noticed how she was acting yesterday and thought she was dying. She’s doing much better this morning, she can walk on her own and she ate and drank. I will be sure to check her for lice. If she does have lice, what can I do to help her?

And yes, her feathers have been plucked around the lower area of her neck, and on her thighs and butt. I had guessed she was acting this way from lack of food and water. We’re planning on building her her own part of the coop, still close to the chickens, but they can’t mess with her. Thanks for all the help.

Glad you are able to separate her. Hopefully she will improve with food/water if she had been kept away.
Why she was being picked at may be harder to figure out. Lack of space is sometimes an issue or your hen may be unwell.
I would check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight, check for the lice/mites if you find any you can treat her with a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust.
Getting a fecal float performed by your vet will help rule out worms and Coccidiosis.
