Alright, I finally got those little chicks out of the bottoms of the eggs. I got a hatch of 4 out of 7. Not too bad. These are my leghorn x barred rocks. I think all four are going to make it. The last two that came out ; one is not walking around yet, the other is walking but I think she has a splayed leg. But at least I saved some of them. I got some more silkies almost ready to pop. They are due the 26th. Then I have about 40 leghorns that should be hatching on the 29th of April. About a week later, I have about a dozen Barred Rock eggs that should be hatching. Keep your fingers and toes crossed.
