Hi, I have a 7 month old Leghorn that has been inside for 2 weeks healing from an infected foot, sour crop, and coccidia. She’s much better now and feisty as ever. We live in Phoenix where is well over 110 most days. What is the best way to get her back out in the coop? I have a swamp cooler out there, pans of water for the flock to stand in, and misters for days over 115. Can I just put her out there early in the morning, or is the transition from A/C to summer heat going to do her in?

Yeah, I could figure something out, I have a separate small building with AC that I could crank up and put her in there. How would you do it? Keep her in there a few days and increase the temp each day?

That might work out o.k., then you'd need to figure out integration. Does your flock roam about where they could see her or?
