READ ME!! I have a question about cocci and eggs

I am treating all my chickens with Corid by the advice here since I had a sick chicken, well she still isn't perfect yet but doing some better.

Anywho, my girls haven't laid a single egg yet but my question is: If you are giving Corid to your girls would you be safe to eat their eggs?
