Ready for First Incubation

Turns out we'll be out of town Sunday and Monday (19-20th). This is about halfway through the 21-day incubation period (eggs put in on 12-11). I've seen from sources that there is a potential temperature spike halfway through the period, when the embryos get to making their own heat and the temperature needs to be adjusted down. Will this potentially happen while I'm gone? Is there something I can do to prepare for it or do I just have to let it be? The temperature has been pretty consistently 99-100 so far.
