I might put my sons old baby monitor out there just to keep an eye on the them lol

Oh yes, sorry, I should've considered your location. Yes if it's hot you should always give them access to water. They won't drink while it's dark but will want to drink as soon as they're awake.

Always move my chicks out of the brooder at 2 weeks. I usually have them in batches of 6 or 7 and leave a lamp on during the night.
 
I moved my chicks out at 5 weeks, with a security camera. I had to put their brooder light out in the coop for a few days because, after we moved them out, the weather forecast changed from nice temps and a chance of rain to highs in the low 50s with pouring rain for 3 days straight. They're 10 weeks old now and doing great!

I was going to leave the lamp on tonight, but when I just tried to plug it in, my outlet wasn’t working for some reason. It’s 10:30pm right now and 70 degrees, so I’m thinking they won’t cry too much tonight from being cold. I just checked on them and they are all bundled up together fast asleep. Although, there are some random fireworks going off which also makes me concerned for the little gals/guys.

Second night wasn’t so good. I come home around 8pm and hear them screaming once I opened my back door from across the yard. Ive never heard them scream like that. When I tried to put them in the coop they immediately tried to run out. It was so hard to keep them inside. I’m worried about them. What could have happened?? They are all quiet and asleep now but all piled next to each other in the corner.

So no light for them during the night?
I'd try to run an extension cord from a working outlet. They will acclimate so much better with the lamp on during the night.
