Still nothing to report here.

It is spring coop maintenance day today and I feel like I got hit by a truck! Ugh! What a time for a bad cold to hit. At least the weather is nice... So I guess I am off to replace shavings in the coop and shovel more sand in the run. Hopefully getting out of the house for a while and when I come back in I will have some action on these eggs!

A little off topic. I tried to keep busy today. My DW has been (and still is!) at a hens part all day so I have had the little lads.

During the week I had a large delivery that came in a wood crate, I have used the timber to make a new three bay nest box to hang off our coop side. Going to make another one tomorrow for the other side of the coop.

Anything to help the time pass hahahah

Wooh, woke up from a DEEP sleep last night, and found another basque cross out. So far 6 out and a lot of pips, more from the Orps now

Moved the other babies to the brooder because it was getting crowded and I'm trying to keep them breed specific for the people who want them. Putting a legband on a new chick is quite difficult
