I got my silkie eggs in the mail today, so I now have my cochin eggs and silkie eggs. Can I just put them in the incubator or do I need to let them rest first?? If so how long? I am so darn excited I can hardly stand it, but I do not want to screw it up from the start. Also, my incubator is fairly steady at about 100.0 and 39-41% humidity, is that OK?? Thank you so much for your help!!!

Just let them slowly come up to room temp. Handle them carefully and set them when ready. A couple of hours or so will be fine.

You might want to candle them first to check none have hairling fractures in the shells.

By the way, a line of clear nail polish can do wonders for a small crack in a shell.

ps

That humidity isn't too bad .... a little higher wouldn't hurt.

45 to 50 is generally regarded as ideal for the first 18 days, you are close.
