Idk what to tell u because i have never hached chicks but let me tag ppl

Did you end up having to help the chick out of the shell?

The only thing I can suggest is to apply some plain neosporin or bacitracin to the open navel, then place the chick in a paper towel lined cup/mug. Keep her warm.

If you have some Poultry Nutri-Drench I would give her 1-2 drops twice a day.
Hopefully she will make it.

I accidentally damage egg thats why i hatch myself

You should have just kept an eye on the egg and kept it moist. It wasnt ready to hatch.
