I am looking for a breeder of real RIRs, not the production strains so prevelent today. I had them 20 years ago from a local gentelman who was in his 80's. I have just started my grandson with hatchery Barred and Buff Rocks and I am not real happy with the barring pattern. The RIRs I'm looking for are the ones where the roosters are 6' Tall and the hens look like Sherman Tanks. Any help would be greatly received. I am located in Southern New Jersey (Pine Barrens)
