Really bad head wound (TW)

My cousins young pullet has a really deep wound on her head. I’m not sure if it was an accident or the doing of the 2 adult RIR hens. They put antibiotics on it but I’m not sure if she still has an eye.

She has zero reaction to me flailing my hand at her left side. She’s blind.

She should be quarantined until healing is well on it's way. Poor gal!

After it healed a bit she does have an eye, but it doesn’t look good.
