Try Sulmet or Dimethox. Those work well for me when I have cocci problems. Cocci is easy to get under control. Treat every bird, sick or not, and you'll have it contained (assuming your treating for the right cocci species).

I will go get some different drugs tomorrow. They are contained. Everything else is outside, the babies are in the barn. *sigh*
