Hello to all,
I have a small flock of hens. I think they are all Americana not sure. I started by getting 5 laying hens from a local farmer. Then after 6 weeks a neighbor who had purchased 10 chicks decided he did not want them anymore and I was the lucky one to take them in. So I have had them for 2 years and they were doing great. Other than losing 1 to a raccoon we quickly fixed that issue. We were doing well... up until this summer when they started to eat the eggs. I came to this site to find what I was doing wrong. I found lots of wonderful answers so I decided to become a member. Thank you to all!
