Followed this recipe exactly and it came out fantastic! Well, I say exactly... not sure if it was exact because I didn't have a grease thermometer. Fried inside in dutch oven as opposed to outside cooker and steel pot, which is my go to set up for fish, fries, hush puppies, etc. Peanut oil.
Anyway, it came out some kind of good. I fried thighs and legs and salted them 24 hrs ahead of time and then saran wrapped them on cookie sheets.
