Fried Chicken - Explanation on why it's so good!

silly me I always thought it was the shmalts the only thing better then fried chicken is livers and gizzards

I would have to renegotiate that cycle from one year to once every quarter... It can't be any worse than braised pork belly, which after the last batch, I banished to a 6 month term.
