I remember years ago, I bought sexed pullets and one developed these long legs and then they got thick. Turned out to be a roo. But sounds like you already know that.

The only black chicken I've ever had was a Jersey Giant who had this white fluffy butt and the bottoms of her feet were yellow. That's the only piece I can offer.

Sure is a cute chick.
