Really loud ladies.....

The past 2 days, now that I am back to work, the ladies when I let them out, and as I am walking up to the coop to let them out, they are very loud. I mean a loud long squuuaaawwwkkkkkkkk!

Then when they run out to the outdoor run, they do it for a few more minutes?

What are they doing?

They are 5 NHR, and 2 leghorns. THey are about 15/16 weeks old.

Mine do this and I think they're just "talking" to me. They're usually fairly quiet, but if I peek out my back door and they see me standing there they start up with the chatting and don't stop until I either go back inside, or let them out into the yard and give them a treat.
