i got eggs in for hatching that were to be a pure crested breed. well i just hatched out something totally different which threw me and was a total surprise. i really need u all to help identify what breed they r and color.
they all have 4 toes, some have black legs and some pinkish/slate. they apear to be bearded and non crested. they all came from large white eggs.
first 3 babies, 2 drk ones have single combs and the lighter one has a double single comb. 4th baby just hatched is the same as the light one pictured.
any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
i'm hopeing someone out there has seen chicks like this before and can id them.
