Really persistent sour crop

I have a hen with sour crop, she has grit available all the time, apple cider vinager in water, and I have tried massaging her crop to get things moving. The sour crop (squishy crop and diarrhea) is continuing to come back again and again, also her egg shells are having little dotty bumps on one end. You know, the rough egg end thing. She hasn’t molted yet, I don’t know if that is relevant. Or she could have diarrhea from the increased protein in her food.

Oh also, the hen is acting fine, not sluggish. Just thought I’d say that too.
