Really sick chicken with lice

so...other than putting flea treatment on her, what else can I put on her to kill the live lice? I've ordered the ardap spray for the coop, but I want to kill the lice off her asap

I just wanted to add something to this in case anyone else needs it but one thing that helps get rid of lice and mites fast is giving them a bath in dawn dishsoap and scrubbing them it works instantly!!!!(I know it’s to late to respond and help her but just trying to help other people).I dealt with lice and mites and tried searching everything to help but nothing helped like the dawn did!!!

this also works for fleas on dogs and cats if anyone ever runs into that.

I know this is a really late question…years late…but just wondering if the frontline drops on your sick little chicken ended up killing the lice? And did she do ok? Thanks for the update.
